At Wild Medley, we work hard to ensure your curated apparel and accessories arrive safely and in a timely manner. Below is important information regarding our shipping and delivery process.
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed. Certain promotions or membership perks may include free or discounted shipping on qualifying orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once processed, orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners, with standard delivery times averaging 7-10 business days, depending on the product and destination.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Delivery Details
Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Wild Medley is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup. Unclaimed or returned packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress upon shipping
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
