Due to the nature of our membership pricing and made‑to‑order sourcing, all sales are final once an order is placed. We encourage all members to review product details, sizing, and order information carefully before completing checkout.

Defective Products Policy

While all sales are final, we understand that defects may occasionally occur. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Reporting a Defect

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide the following:

1. Notification: Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Reports beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

2. Photo Evidence: Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Order Details: Include your order number and the product SKU to expedite the process.

Resolution for Defective Items

Once the defect is verified, Wild Medley will:

  • Replace the Item: A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
  • Cover Shipping: All replacement shipping costs will be covered by Wild Medley.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Color or texture variations that are natural to the material
  • Issues reported more than 3 business days after delivery
  • Size or style preference changes (as all sales are final)
