Defective Products Policy
While all sales are final, we understand that defects may occasionally occur. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Reporting a Defect
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide the following:
1. Notification: Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Reports beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
2. Photo Evidence: Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Order Details: Include your order number and the product SKU to expedite the process.

Resolution for Defective Items
Once the defect is verified, Wild Medley will:
- Replace the Item: A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
- Cover Shipping: All replacement shipping costs will be covered by Wild Medley.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
- Color or texture variations that are natural to the material
- Issues reported more than 3 business days after delivery
- Size or style preference changes (as all sales are final)
